- Combine first 3 ingredients in large frying pan on medium-high. Scramble-fry for about 10 minutes until onion is softened. Add next 4 ingredients plus Montreal steak spice. Stir. Bring to a boil.
- Add pasta. Stir. Reduce heat to medium. Boil gently, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender but firm. Makes about 6 cups.
