  1. Bring two medium-sized pots of water to a boil.
  2. In one pot, cook the noodles for 4 minutes or according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the other pot, boil the frozen peas and spinach for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and fry until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, peas, and spinach to the prawns and sauté until heated through.
  6. Toss with soy sauce and heat for one more minute.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
