Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, lightly sauté the minced garlic and drained capers in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the crushed tomatoes to the saucepan and stir well.
  3. Using a hand blender, carefully puree the mixture until smooth.
  4. Add the soy milk and simmer, blending further until the desired consistency is reached.
