  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Blend the banana and eggs until smooth. Spread the raspberries evenly between a 6-hole muffin tin. Pour the blended banana and egg evenly over the top. Sprinkle almond flakes on top and bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before removing and leaving to cool completely, or enjoy warm.
