  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
  2. Chop ends off brussels sprouts and take off old/dirty leaves. Chop the sprouts in half.
  3. Toss sprouts in olive oil with ginger root and garlic.
  4. Arrange sprouts cut side down on an aluminium-covered baking tray. Spray with non-stick spray.
  5. Cook sprouts for 10-20 minutes.
  6. Once sprouts are ready, place them in a bowl with honey, balsamic vinegar, hoisin sauce, and salt to taste. Enjoy!
