Ingredients
 Honey Honey- 6 tbsp or 126g 
 Sauce, hot chile, sriracha Sauce, hot chile, sriracha- 3 tsp or 15g 
 Cornstarch Cornstarch- 2 tsp or 5g 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cauliflower florets on it. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the sauce on the stove. Combine honey, garlic, onion powder, soy sauce, and sriracha in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil, stirring until blended.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in water in a small bowl, then add to the sauce. Stir until the sauce boils again and thickens, about 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Once the cauliflower is cool enough to handle, place it in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat. Serve warm.
