- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine vanilla whey, coconut flour, stevia, baking powder, butter extract, egg whites, and applesauce in a large mixing bowl and stir until smooth. You may need to add a little water until cake batter consistency is reached.
- Pour batter into donut greased donut pan (makes 5) and bake for 10-15 minutes until you can pierce it with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cool.
- At the same time the donuts are baking, place coconut on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until browned (but NOT burned!) Be careful, they brown quickly!
- Combine browned coconut and caramel topping together in a bowl.
- Place caramel/coconut topping on each donut, then drizzle a little chocolate topping over it. Enjoy!
