Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Knead ingredients together in a large bowl until there are almost no crumbs left at the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Form into 1-1.5" balls and space apart on baking sheet. For serving size consistency, use a 1-inch melon baller or similar scoop leveled across the top.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven. Using a spatula, loosen balls from bottom of sheet.
  6. Return to oven for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
