Ingredients

  • Egg

    Whole, fresh eggs

    4 extra large or 224g

  • Bacon

    Raw, cured pork

  • Mushrooms

    White, raw

Directions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork until thoroughly combined.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry.
