  1. soak the seaweed in water
  2. whisk everything else in together
  3. drain seaweed, toss in dressing - garnish with toasted sesame seeds
  4. *note* can use combination of seaweed - original recipe used wakame and hijiki *note* original recipe called for yuzu juice, thinly sliced red chili, and dash of sea salt - substituted tajin clasico
