  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.
  2. Place the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
  3. Bake the carrots in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Stir in the broccoli during the last 7-10 minutes of cooking.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and Sriracha.
  5. Add soy sauce mixture to the veggies and gently toss to combine.
