- Heat the oven to 475° and line a rimmed sheet pan with foil for easy cleanup (optional).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Worcestershire, two-thirds of the ranch seasoning, half of the olive oil, and the black pepper.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of the pork chops and arrange them on one side of the sheet pan.
