Ingredients

Directions
- Whisk together chicken broth, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl to make the lemon sauce. Set aside.
- Heat half of the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 3 minutes, turning once.
- Season shrimp with half of the salt. Cook until pink and opaque, slightly undercooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp and bright green.
- Season asparagus with remaining salt, add ginger and garlic, and stir to combine. Cook for another 30-45 seconds.
- Pour lemon sauce into the pan with asparagus. Add shrimp back into the pan and combine with the sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
