Ingredients
Cornstarch 1 tbsp or 8g
Rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp or 30g
Honey 1 tsp or 7g
Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp or 0.3g
Directions
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp and cornstarch. Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Heat a wok or skillet over high heat. Add one-third of the oil, shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add remaining oil to the pan and stir in minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add chopped broccoli and continue to cook for about a minute.
- Stir in shrimp, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Bring to a boil and continue to cook for 1 minute, or until shrimp are opaque and broccoli is tender.
