Directions
- Heat half of the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bite-sized beef and a pinch of salt, frying until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Heat remaining oil, add onions and fry for a minute.
- Add mushrooms and garlic, deglaze the pan with a little stock, and reduce.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
- Add pasta and remaining stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Remove lid, stir in cream cheese and mustard until melted, then return beef to the pan.
- Cover and simmer for another 8 minutes until the sauce is creamy and pasta is cooked.
