Ingredients
Medjool dates 6 date, pitted or 144g
Directions
- Blend the dates in a food processor until smooth, mould into a medium-sized tart case, or two small ones. Puree the raspberries in the blender, leave chunky or smooth, add optional chia seeds, spoon into tart case/s. If using chia seeds, let the mixture sit in the fridge for one hour so the seeds gel. Grab a fork and eat up!
- For a variation, make a citrus curd tart using grapefruit or lime juice. You will need to add the chia seeds. The sweetness of the dates will counteract the sourness.
