Directions

  1. Put potatoes, carrots, turnip and onion, (cut into quarters) into slow cooker. Add 1/3 cup beef broth. Rest Corned Beef on top of vegetables, out of broth. Cook on High for 4 hours.
  2. Remove beef. Add cabbage, cut into quarters. Replace beef, add beef broth to cover. Reduce Crock Pot temp to low and continue for 2 hours
