  1. Pat the pork tenderloin dry, then season all over with the salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned, 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer the pork to the slow cooker.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, stevia, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger, then pour over the pork.
