  1. Using a non-stick pan; lightly spray pan with cooking spray, then heat pan over medium heat. Add, peppers and onions (can use frozen). Saute for 3 mins. In a small bowl wisk together egg and egg whites. Add desired amount of salt, pepper, and seasoning. Pour into saucepan with sauteed onions and peppers. Scramble eggs until all liquid is absorbed about 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Wrap 1 tortilla in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds. Assemble egg and pepper mixture in warm tortilla (Fold into a burrito). Use Salsa as a sauce.
