Directions
- Microwave the soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, and sugar on high for 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice.
- Pour half of the mixture into a glass casserole dish to cool and reserve the other half in the fridge.
- Add the salmon pieces to the casserole dish and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the salmon for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Cook the soba noodles according to the package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted.
