  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until no longer pink and lightly browned.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey and onions, pasta sauce, sour cream, drained spaghetti, and half of the mozzarella. Mix until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes more, until the cheese is browned and bubbling. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
