- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the potatoes in a pan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain the par-boiled potatoes and return them to the pan. Heat over medium for 3 minutes to steam dry.
