  1. Whisk the eggs with cayenne and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth and slightly frothy.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion with a small pinch of salt and cook until translucent, 2-3 minutes. Add the halved grape tomatoes, cut side down, and cook until they start to blister, about 1 minute.
