Directions

  1. Pat steak dry with paper towels, then season all over with salt and pepper. Heat 1 TBSP oil in a large pan over mediumhigh heat. Cook steak until browned and cooked to desired doneness, 3-5 minutes per side. Turn off heat. Transfer to a cutting board to rest. Thinly slice steak against the grain.
