Strawberry Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

• Ice cubes

  150g

• Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  Silk

  ¼ cup or 25g

• Gluten Free Xanthan Gum, Baking Aid

  Hodgson Mill

  ½ tsp or 2g

• Greek yogurt

  plain, nonfat

  80g

• Sliced Strawberries

  Private Selection

  150g

• Protein Powder Drink Mix, Delicious Strawberry

  Optimum Nutrition

  33g

• Sweetener, Brown with a Hint of Molasses

  Truvia

  2 tsp or 8g

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Casein will make it thicker.
2. Scrape sides of the blender and ensure all ingredients are blended. May have to pulse the blender a few times depending on the consistency you want. You can always add more water or ice as desired.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and consume immediately.
