  1. Fry the tofu until crisp in the coconut oil. Add the red onion, pepper and mange tout and fry for one minute. Reduce the heat and add the sugar. Leave to melt for 30 seconds. Add the red wine vinegar and stir to combine. Turn off the heat and add the toasted sesame oil & soy sauce. Serve.
