- Heat up store bought tofu. Carefully cut into thin slices and place into serving bowl.
- Ginger Syrup: Remove Skin From 1 Knob Of Fresh Ginger And Cut Into Thin Slices. Place Ginger And Brown Sugar In A Bowl And Leave To Rest For Around 5min. Transfer Mixture Into A Saucepan and cook for 5min (until sugar is recrystallised) Then, Add The Water And Honey. Heat Until A Syrup Forms.
