Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 500F with pizza stone on middle rack. 2. Mix cream fraiche (or sour cream) with cream cheese and nutmeg with salt and pepper. 3. Mix flour, baking soda, and 1 tsp salt. Make a well in the center. Mix the egg yolks, oil and 1/2 cup of water with a whisk and pour in to the well. Stir until a loose dough forms. Kneed dough for 1 minute. Divide into 3 pieces. Roll into circle. 4. Spread 1/2 cup of mixture on dough. 5. Slice onions. Chop bacon. 6. Sprinkle dough with onions and bacon. 7. Cook 8-10 mins.
