  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add turkey to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink. Add a tablespoon of Teriyaki sauce in pan and stir until evenly coated. Then lightly sear the turkey for 2-3 minutes. Remove the turkey from the pan and place another tablespoon of oil and the Brussel sprouts in the pan and sauté on MED-HIGH until golden and tender. Add salt and lemon juice to the top! Mix everything together or eat separately.
