Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions.
  2. Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over the fillets. Use tongs to flip the fillets, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fillets and cook for 5 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
