Directions
- On a high heat, add the coconut oil to a wok and add the garlic, ginger, chilli and pepper. Stir fry for a 1 minute.
- Add the pork mince and fry for around 5 minute until it is no longer pink.
- Add the Thai seasoning, fish sauce, soy sauce, water and honey and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the basil, mix it though until it wilts then serve.
