Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl add 2 tbsp liquid aminos, 2tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and ½ tsp cornstarch. Mix well, set aside.
  2. Cut chicken into pieces and cover in cornstarch. Deep fry until golden brown, 4-5 min. set aside to drain oil.
  3. In a pan/wok on medium to high heat add 1 tbsp avocado oil, 3 cloves of garlic minced, ½ cup cashews, 5 dried red chili peppers cut into pieces, 2 bell peppers diced, and 1 yellow onion diced. Mix well and cook 2-3 min.
  4. Add chicken pieces and Sauce, mix, and cook 2-3 min. Serve.
