- Season both sides of Tilapia with salt and pepper; set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and kale; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoe (with juice); bring to boil. Reduce heat to low.
