  1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat half of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, lemon juice, and capers. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce is slightly reduced.
