Directions

  1. Place the bacon in a cold pan over medium heat and cook until it reaches your desired crispiness.
  2. Lightly toast the bread and cut a hole in the center.
  3. Heat a skillet on medium-low and melt the butter until just bubbly. Place the toast and cutout in the skillet, turning to coat both sides.
  4. Break the egg into the center of the hole and cover with a lid. Cook until the egg white is more than half set.
