  1. Cut all the assorted vegetables into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat a medium pot over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the prawns and sauté them until they turn pink and opaque, usually for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the prawns from the pot and set them aside.
  5. In the same pot, add more oil if needed, and sauté the assorted vegetables until they start to soften, usually for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add Water, Pour 3 cups of water into the pot with the sautéed vegetables.
  7. Stir in the Tom Yum paste and fish sauce. You can adjust the quantity based on your taste preferences, starting with the recommended amount and adding more if needed. If desired, you can also add a pinch of sugar(Sweetner no calorie) and salt to balance the flavors.
  8. Let the soup simmer until the vegetables have softened to your liking. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Return the sautéed prawns to the pot and let them heat through for about 2 minutes.
