Ingredients
Turkey bacon, unprepared

Directions
- Preheat the grill to 350°F.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly spray with olive oil. Cook the red onions and garlic until the onions are brown and translucent. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking up clumps with a wooden spatula.
- Slice each turkey bacon slice vertically in half to create two strips from one slice.
- Slice the jalapeños down the middle and remove the seeds with a small spoon.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground turkey, Greek yogurt, goat cheese, and seasonings.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture, wrap with a turkey bacon strip, and grill with the mixture facing up for 23-25 minutes until the jalapeño edges brown and the bacon crisps.
