  1. Sauté onion and garlic in melted butter for 4 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add the wine, vinegar, tomato paste, chicken broth, cumin, cayenne pepper, chilli powder, cilantro, and salt. Simmer for half hour or until mixture is reduced by half.
  2. While mixture is simmering, brown venison. Season with salt and cook until we’ll browned. Add beans, mix until combined.
  3. Transfer meat and beans to the mixture simmering in pot and continue simmering for 20 minutes.
