Ingredients
 Lemon zest Lemon zest- 1 tsp or 2g 
 Honey Honey- 2 tbsp or 42g 
 Feta cheese Feta cheese- 6 oz or 170g 
Directions
- Prepare couscous as per package directions, drain well, and place into a large bowl.
- As couscous cooks, stir together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey. Pour half of mixture over drained pasta in bowl and toss. Season with salt taste. Allow to cool.
- Add watermelon, feta, and basil to couscous, add remaining lemon juice mixture and toss to evenly coat. Enjoy!
