  2. Spray pan, & preheat at medium temp for 2 minutes
  3. Scramble eggs in bowl
  4. Place onions & peppers in pan. & cook for 4 minutes
  5. Add eggs. Add salt & pepper, and let cook for 3 minutes

  7. Put on plate and enjoy
