Directions

  1. Add the peeled garlic clove to a food processor and process.
  2. Add goat cheese, cream cheese, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and black pepper to the food processor and pulse until completely combined. Scrape down the sides and give it a few more pulses.
  3. Once the whipped goat cheese is fully combined, stir in minced parsley and lemon zest and serve with crackers and fresh veggies. Optional: add one curl of lemon rind as a garnish.
