Directions
- Slice all the vegetables lengthwise in 1/4 inch slices and brush with olive oil. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Grill the vegetables until charred and soft. Remove from grill and allow to cool. When slightly cooled, chop into bite sized pieces and put in a bowl with the eggs and bacon. Toss with the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
