Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the Butter over low heat in a medium-high sauce pan.
  2. Sauté Prosciutto and Shallot for 2-3 minutes, or until golden.
  3. Add Mushrooms and Garlic in, and Sauté until Mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add in Marsala Wine and Black Pepper, and simmer over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Corn Starch into Chicken Stock; once Corn Starch is dissolved, add mixture into the sauce pan.
  6. Add Parsley.
  7. Once the sauce thickens, remove from heat.
