Italian bread 2 slice, large or 60g
Cheddar cheese ¼ cup, shredded or 28g
Directions
- Break up the tuna in a bowl and mix with minced green onions, small diced celery, capers, chili sauce, and mayonnaise. Crumble fresh mozzarella into the bowl. Season with freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt to taste. Mix everything together and put in the fridge until needed.
- Cut Italian or French bread into thick pieces and put on a foil lined baking sheet. Generously butter both sides. Toast both sides under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
