- Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker or pan until soft. Peel and mash them. Boil the peas in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, peas, half of the breadcrumbs, cornstarch, grated ginger, cilantro, chopped green chili, garam masala, chili powder, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
