Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Add cream of tartar and salt to the egg whites and whip until soft, foamy peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and cream cheese until pale yellow.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture, half at a time.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the sheet for each cloud bread, forming square shapes. Sprinkle with garlic powder and bake for 25 minutes.
