Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the brussel sprouts to the balsamic mixture and toss them until they are completely coated.
- Pour the brussel sprouts out on to the baking sheet in a single layer and place them on the middle rack of the oven.
- Roast the brussel sprouts for 30-35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a sauté pan over medium heat until desired crispiness is reached. Drain on paper towels, chop, and set aside.
- Pour the brussel sprouts into a serving dish and toss them together with the cooked, diced bacon.
