  1. Place whole chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and arrange sliced onions over the top.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot sauce, chili powder, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until safely cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, baste with juices occasionally.
