  1. Drain the tofu and press to remove excess moisture using a tofu press, or by covering with paper towels and placing a heavy object on top.
  2. Dice the drained tofu into bite-sized pieces. Chop the garlic, onions, bell pepper, and celery.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium. Heat a pan over the grill and add olive oil. Add garlic, onions, bell pepper, and celery to the pan. Season with salt and curry powder.
  4. Add the diced tofu to the pan and cook for 12 minutes. Stir in barbecue sauce to coat the tofu, cover the grill, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
