Italian seasoning 3 tsp or 12g
Cheddar cheese ½ cup, shredded or 57g
Basil 12 leaf, whole or 6g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with either parchement paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Add chopped cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until well ground.
- Place ground cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until softened. Remove cover and let cool.
- Once cool, squeeze as much liquid out of the cauliflower as possible with a tea towel or cheesecloth.
- Place squeezed cauliflower in a large bowl and mix in the eggs, 1/2 cup mozzarella, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning and as much salt and pepper to taste.
- Smooth cauliflower mixture into an even rectangle onto the prepared baking sheet, approximately 15x10 inches in size. Spray lightly with nonstick spray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Spoon pizza sauce onto the crust and top with cheese, sliced tomatoes, turkey pepperoni, and basil leaves. Bake for another 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
